Accessing Reviews

  1. Log in to your Seller Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the “Reviews” section

Overview of Review Management

In the Reviews section, you can:

  • Respond to reviews

Viewing Reviews

The review page displays:

  • Customer name

  • Rating (usually out of 5 stars)
