Design Requirements #
Theme Compliance
- Designs must be mechanical keyboard related
- Mouse pads and desk mats may feature non-keyboard designs
- No copyrighted or trademarked keyboard brand content without authorization
- Original artwork or properly licensed content only
Technical Specifications
- Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI (300 DPI recommended)
- File format: PNG with transparent background
- Color mode: RGB
- Maximum file size: 200 MB
Product Setup Process #
1. Design Placement
- Follow Printful’s recommended print areas
- Check placement across all size variants
- Review mockups from multiple angles
- Verify design scaling is appropriate
2. Product Information
- Write detailed, keyboard-focused descriptions
- Include accurate size measurements
- List material specifications
- Add proper care instructions
3. Pricing Configuration
- Set retail prices for all variants
- Account for marketplace fees (7.9%)
- Consider production costs
- Set competitive pricing within market range
Quality Control Checklist #
Before Submission:
- Designs meet keyboard theme requirements
- All technical specifications met
- Mockups show accurate representation
- Pricing properly configured
- Product descriptions complete
- Size charts included

Review Process #
- Submit designs for marketplace review
