Adding Tracking Information
- Navigate to your Seller Dashboard
- Go to the Orders section
- Click on the specific order you want to add tracking information to
- Scroll to the bottom of the Order details
- Look for the “Tracking Number” button and click on it
Entering Tracking Details
A new window will pop up with three fields:
- Provider Name/URL: Enter the shipping carrier’s name or website
- Tracking Number: Input the tracking number provided by the carrier
- Date Shipped: Select the date the order was shipped
After filling in these details, click on the “Add Tracking Details” button.
Updating Order Information
Once you’ve added the tracking information:
- The order details will be automatically updated
- A new order note will be added containing the tracking details
